About Ryan Manilla

Ryan Manilla is the founder and managing lawyer of Legal Solutions Law Firm, a Toronto and GTA practice he established in 2012. A top-10% graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, Ryan was called to the Ontario Bar in 2008 and recruited that same year to a New York City law firm, where he gained international litigation experience before returning to build his own firm in Ontario.

He completed advanced legal studies at Harvard Law School in 2022 and is a Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Over 15+ years, Ryan has represented clients across criminal defence, family law, traffic tickets, small claims, civil litigation, landlord and tenant matters, and regulatory proceedings.

Ryan is known for plain-language advice, transparent flat fees, and results-driven advocacy — whether in the courtroom or at the negotiating table. He and his team make experienced legal representation accessible to clients throughout Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area.
