Legal Solutions Law Firm is managed and operated by Ryan Manilla BA, JD — a Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public called to the Ontario Bar and a member in good standing of the Law Society of Ontario. Ryan's drive and dedication have defined every stage of his academic and professional career.
Due to exceptional hard work, Ryan completed high school a year early. He went on to attend York University and Western University, where he graduated with distinction. Ryan then attended the prestigious Osgoode Hall Law School, one of Canada's top law schools, graduating in the top 10%of his class before being called to the Ontario Bar.

In 2008, Ryan was recruited to work at a prestigious law firm in New York City, where he gained two years of high-level international litigation and legal practice experience. Returning to Toronto, he founded Legal Solutions Law Firm in 2012 with a clear mission: to provide Osgoode-calibre legal representation with the accessibility and personal touch that large corporate firms cannot offer.
In 2022, Ryan further expanded his expertise by completing advanced studies at Harvard Law School, reinforcing his commitment to staying at the forefront of legal knowledge and strategy. Today, Legal Solutions is supported by a full team of lawyers, paralegals, and a dedicated intake coordinator — ensuring top-tier results and prompt, personal service for every client.
